The association was created in 2001 by leading Geneva limousine companies with the aim of defending the interests of entrepreneurs by being a reliable and representative interlocutor with public authorities and other professional associations such as TAXI, disabled transport, independent drivers etc .... in order to organize and clarify the regulated profession of transport of persons by car with chauffeur in the canton of Geneva.
